Farming is a business, and every business needs a plan. We teach:
- Profit & Loss Analysis: Understanding the cost of production vs. market price.
- Marketing: How to bypass middlemen and sell directly to consumers or larger markets.
- Supply Chain: Managing logistics to reduce post-harvest losses.
3. Niche Farming Opportunities
We encourage youth to explore high-value niches rather than just traditional crops. This includes:
- Tunnel Farming: For off-season vegetables with higher profit margins.
- Floriculture & Medicinal Plants: Growing crops that have high industrial demand.
4. Leadership & Community Service
We don’t just build farmers; we build leaders. Our program encourages young people to take active roles in their village welfare, becoming volunteers for our “Services at Your Doorstep” initiative and acting as changemakers in their local councils.
